    Dear all,
I made 4 bus IEEE circuit in OpenDSS-G from scratch. It is not running and just showing 'Not Solved'. Is there anyway to see what are the errors?
However using the buscoords I was able to use 4 bus IEEE OpenDSS circuit in OpenDSS-G. But I would still like to know what was wrong with actual file I made from scratch.

    Hi,

Compare the dss files generated with the ones provided in the OpenDSS examples:

    https://sourceforge.net/p/electricdss/code/HEAD/tree/trunk/Distrib/IEEETestCases/4Bus-DY-Bal/

If there was an error on the elements (mathematical error) a dialog window would appear telling you about the error. So my guess is that there is an error in model, maybe an element modeled with the wrong values. Another alternative can be to import the case using the dss files provided with OpenDSS.

    Best regards

    Davis

Thanks Davis. I was able to run it using the dss file provided with OpenDSS .
But with the model I made from scratch I'm unable to see the dialog box which will tell me about errors.

    Hi Vishal,

Please send me your project's files so I can play with them and reproduce this issue.

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards

    Davis
