if the element does not exist in the elements created for DSSim-PC, you can declare it using a .DSS and associating that file as a control file, to do that, you can check the tutorial video CH_1 and CH2.

Remember that connect a new load or source is like combine a voltage source with a current source a certain point of the circuit, so the voltage in the point of conection of your new element is the voltage source to feed your load and with a current source you can simulate the consumption of the load or other type of element, the goal is to sincrhonize the simulation with the external model to exchange information.
I think that's a good way to connect the DSSim-PC (non deterministic) with a model constructed in an external app (it works in RT, i cannot ensure the same with the PC version).
