[dspsr-users] change to digifil that impacts usage

Hi everyone,

I've just checked in a change to digifil that changes the behaviour of the
-2 command line option.

Previously, digifil -2 disabled two-bit excision.  Now digifil -2 behaves
like dspsr -2.  To disable two-bit excision, set the cut-off threshold to
zero; e.g.

digifil -2c0

I hope that this change does not cause too much inconvenience.
