[dspsr-users] DSPSR moved to Git

Hi everyone,

DSPSR development is now managed using Git.  Big thanks to Jonathan
Khoo for carefully shepherding the code to its new home.

Instructions for Git access are posted at

http://dspsr.sourceforge.net/current

If you have previously copied the dspsr Git repository, then you can
merge with the lastest version using the following commands

git fetch
git merge origin/master
