#12 APSR bandpass may be unecessarily swapped

After dual-sideband downconversion, a complex-to-complex DFT results in a swapped bandpass; dspsr compensates for this when state=Analytic.

However, the decimated outputs of the DFB3 polyphase filterbank appear to not require this swapping. That is, the frequency channels in the first test file appear ordered as though from a real-to-complex DFT.
