#13 Existing registry entries caused a problem.

When there are existing registry entries on your system,
installing DSpro causes an error. The fix for this is to
change the existing installation script to rename
previous settings to another key and then ask if you
want to import settings from a different version.

As a minor interest point a record should be kept to
ensure a smooth upgrade path.
