#5 Private Downloads

Provide the ability to have private downloads.
This means that a file should not be visible and/or not
downloadable except to the individuals or groups that
it is intended for.

Some uses would be:
- Download links in private forums
- Commercial downloads.
- temporary file sharing amounst friends/associates.
