#1 Malformed links when using "&" in file names

Hello,
This is not a major bug, just a small inconvience
albiet if a person has several files with the letter
"&" in the file name

Example

example&file.zip
When clicked the link will be malformed to
http://website.com/dsplus/ds.php?p=example&t=83jk3k...
instead of
http://website.com/dsplus/ds.php?p=example&file.zip&t=83jk3k...
I'm probly guessing fixing that would be difficult or
impossible.
Just thought I would report it...
