Dspatial initial release

Today the first alpha release of DSpatial was made available. DSpatial is a geospatial analysis environment for Delphi/Kylix. The current version introduces the kernel architecture and Pluggable Format Architecture - a flexible and multi-threaded data source access engine. Currently DSpatial does not provide any analysis tools, which are planned for version 0.3.
