Nathanael Noblet has pushed a DSPAM RPM that is as far as I know in Fedora repositry. You can use that one as well. I don't know if the RPM is going to overwrite your configuration (I think it does not) but to be on the save side just backup your dspam.conf and the files in your DSPAM_HOME (just the files in the root! aka group file) and maybe your txt directory. That should be enough. Off course you can go and install from source but to be honest: The RPM from Nathanael Nobled is the better approach.
