Reverting one block from submit ec9a6de09f178eaf838aad5b66b07b15951d6ef3 that breaks decoding base64/quoted-printable
Note: find_signature() is sneaky beast. The function name and description of th function indicates that it searches only for a signature in message blocks. In reality it does not only search but does decoding and changing of Content-Type and/or Content-Transfer-Encoding of the block. I need to refactor that function later and split the search for a signature and the decoding block part.
