Hello Sylvain,

If you choose to use the latest cvs/git release, you can use an 
experimental feature, which i've been using with great success for the 
last 2 years, which provides external user lookup. Currently it supports 
built-in LDAP user lookup and external program lookup (for those not 
using ldap).

That will allow you to define which unique ldap attribute you want to 
use as your dspam username. That way your users can both change logins 
and email address and you can keep mapping them to the defined unique 
and unchangeable ldap attribute.

Look in the dspam.conf file for ExtLookup.
