We're in the process of going back over all the commits from 3.8.0 to 
date, evaluating each one.  This process is taking lots of time, so the 
release isn't due in the next few days.   I'd recommend the code 
currently in GIT as this code is being run by many people in production 
(its not without problems, but currently the best).  I'm really excited 
about your plans to integrate dspam-community to OBM, please let us know 
your feedback.   If you'd like to copy your setup instructions to the 
wiki, then login to the wiki and then drop me a mail.  I've then upgrade 
your wiki permissions.  If you find any problems with dspam, or your'd 
like some features please add them to the trackers.
