Enhancing HTML message processing.
Note: A test run with BETA4 against the 2005 TREC Public Spam Corpus resulted
in about 3.2% failures (some failures are because of messages being over my
MaxMessageSize). With this new HTML stripping code I was able to reduce the
failures down to 0.17% (that includes failures because of MaxMessageSize).
