Not quite sure what you mean.
levels can live in the trunk/levels dir, if anyone wants SVN access they just need provide some proof that its worth giving it to them (either by having made a level or a draft of one, or a patch to the code or something)

This is the minimum we can do (svn).... I was wondering if we should not offer a dedicated space where authors can post screenshots, some minor blog-like entry like each time a new version or update... something like that... maybe just a very limited forum where they can exchange their tools, tricks, ideas...
