#4 Provide colortip/text for wave in SaveTheHouse mode

If you don't know that the next wave is a SaveTheHouse wave, and you loose.. you don't really understand why.

A colortip for special wave would be nice :
- boss
- save the house
- ...

Currently I have added code to color the text in blue. But configurable color (in level.xml) may be better.
