[Dsol-java] Question about comparison

Hi Peter
I’m doing task A of comparison 14. I already uploaded it on CVS. There is 
no java compile error in my model so far. However, when I tried to run it 
on dsol, it doesn’t work.. The problem is that the simulator time is not 
running. I can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. Hope you can help me.
