[Dsol-java] new CVS server

Hi all,

because sourceforge is temporarely not able to provide anonymous users to 
download (IOException) CVS code, DSOL is hosted on a different host. 

new info:
hostname : sk-2.tbm.tudelft.nl
directory:  /export/development/dsol
username: anonymous
password :
connection type: pserver
