#20 CDN caused updates to fail

The use of Coral (and CoDeen?) to cache the yum
repositores means that updates aren't available
immediatly to yum.

Hence if a user does:

(1) depot put foo
(2) agent update

This will fail, since the update command will see the
old repository.
