#1 Add Directory Recursion

Currently, DSI only processes files in the specified source directory and does not drill down into sub-directories. Most web sites have sub-directories, so it would be convenient if DSI automatically processed files in all the sub-directories of the source directory. A flag could be added to disable directory recursion, but that's probably not too valuable.
