#37 Profile Manager

As things are now, when users are registered they are given some basic permissions.
It would be nice if in the accounts interface profiles could be freely defined for Properties, Commands and Modules Access, so they can be applied to accounts with one click.
Thanks for considering this, would be a real time saver!

I was thinking of creating some virtual accounts like the "all" currently is, completely customizable, like "op", "su" and so on.
Example : !grant pietry +op << this would grant the op commands that the op virtual account has
!grant op +kick << this would grant the kick command to the virtual op account, so it's customizable.

Creating such virtual profile could be done like !reg virtual profile_name

Sounds good! However, since you offer a GUI and I am a windows boy at heart (from your commands I gather that you come from Linux :-) ), it would be wonderful if it could be done both ways, visually or by commands.
