    To Clarify some

    !ban <switch> <pattern>

    !ban alone lists the switches eg. cid, nick, ip, email, share, description and thier uses

    Where should the ban time be ? eg. #3h for 3 hours.

    And another problem, the unban command. what !unban <.. > should do ?
    Currently, !unban <..> does this :
    1. if pattern is valid CID, unban it.
    2. if pattern is valid IP, unban it.
    3. try to unban the pattern nick.
    4. fail.

    Where would things like email, description go ? The problem is that i cant dispatch a description from an email or nick.
