Make a language file containing all strings in soft, so that people could translate it to any language.

    According to java i18n specs, the language file is gonna be a .properties file. More info about it can be found over the net. The current language file <in-working> can be found at address :

    Create a tracker in the Language trackers for your language, and upload the file. Be sure to keep it updated to the english svn model.
