DShield Client Beta 1 Release

The new and improved DShield Client for the Internet Storm Center (isc.sans.org) is ready for initial testing. Feedback welcome.

Log Parsers for a broad range of Firewall logs will be needed - the parser engine is based on regular expressions so anyone with knowledge or regular expressions will be able to create and share log parsers.
