Updated dsdx library to be one time install and one time uninstall using a simple batch file. This gains folder independence. Also created new guids for debug, release, and x86 vs x64 builds. After installing, in order to upgrade to future versions, just use the batch installers. The helper library will be removed soon. The creation functions have been reduced to simple macros, and the registration is no longer necessary. The demo filter graph creation will be part of the samples, not the library. The documentation will need an overhaul to reflect updates, as well as fixing the javascript XmlHttpRequest problem (won't update if pages are cached). An official release is planned within 12 hours.

Removed IDSDXVideoRendererGeneric interface. It wasn't that useful anyway. Changed the requirement to define DSDX_VR9, DSDX_VR10, or DSDX_VR11 before IDSDXVideoRenderer.h in order to use the targeted transport to requiring that only d3d9.h, d3d10.h, or d3d11.h be defined before including this header. Moved a few enums from IDSDXVideoRenderer.h to CDSDXVideoRenderer.h. Updated docs. Allocating folders for sample apps.
