I am running a home win2k server domain model, with the ICS enabled on the server. All of the clients are winXP with all latest updates. The problem is that I can only access Zonematch on one of the PC's. The tcpip configuration is exactly the same on each machine and the access to the internet and to other gaming sites such as BattleNet is perfect. I have contacted Microsoft tech support but the gaming helpline say they do not have a clue and the zonemaster will not reply to e mails despite the fact that I have contacted Microsoft and complained about the service.
there has to be some sort of a firewall with the ICS in win2k but I cannot find out how to disable it totally, and the fact that one PC can get through and the others cannot, makes me think it isnt firewall related. This is only one copy of Dungeon Seige, but only running one at a time and I get no errors about looking at Zonematch just when trying to join a game it times out.
Does anybody have any ideas where I can go with this, I am tempted to move the ICS to a client PC but re iping everything especially the server is a real pain.If at all possible a proper solution would be appreciated.
Thanks
Steve
