#7 Channel switching done by the Controller not correct

The switching of the radio channel by the controller does not work as the real equipment:
- When sending a distress call the change should be performed AFTER pressing the distress button for 5 seconds (not direcly when pressing it)
- When sending a normal call (not distress) the simulator does not perform a channel switching at all
(at least it can not be seen on the dsiplay)
