[Drupy-general] State of the project

Hello--
    I am interested in Drupy both as a CMS and as a project to help learn
python on and I was wondering what the state of it was since the recent
change, would you describe it as

   "Non functional", "semi functional" or "basically functional". I'm
assuming it is not fully functional.
