You are right. That menu displays the list of sql generators currently added to your project. When you want to rebuild a database via jdbc, you have to specify which sql generator to use because the resulting sql is different from a DBMS to another. So, select the DB node and on the panel on the right, select the generation tab and, inside it, the modules tab. Now add the sql generator for your dbms (usually a standard sql module should work).
