Where the current format is "CCYY-MM-DD," as in
"2003-08-01." This can be ambiguous since the reader of
a report may not immediately know for certain if this
means August 1st, 2003, or January 8th, 2003.

It would be very useful to be able to customize the date
format that's used throughout Druid, especially in
generated code and reports (e.g., the PDF report
includes the current date and time).

The ability to use 24-hour or 12-hour time (with upper-
or lower-cased "AM/PM" indicators), along with the option
to exclude the seconds, would be very helpful.

One date/time format I'd like to use is "CCYY-Mmm-DD /
HH:MM," as in "2003-Aug-01 / 20:30." I'm sure many
people have a wide variety of preferences here, and so
perhaps an easier implementation would be to use a
C-like printf-style system which I believe is used by a
function called "strftime" (or something along those lines).

Thanks in advance.
