Project Manager/ Session Plugin

Allrighty.  So Sessions will become Session (Or AutoSession, or FoxySession).  It will just auto save the session.

Let's start thinking about the Project Manager.

So I think each project file (.dpf) should save:

Session Info?
To Do List for the Project.
Codemarks.
Project Bookmarks  (Files and directories).
Default Project Folder.
ChangeLog for the Project.
Plugin List:  If certain plugins are installed via index,
load them from index when loading the project.

Name of the "main" file (so one can stay on the file beeing worked on and launch a test run without having to fumble in the tabs)
