It is finally time. 3.0.0 is now officially frozen.
I am going to do one last bug hunt, maybe tweak autoindent preferences, and then release 3.0.0,
and the plugins.
Note that plugins will all have their own versions.
Some will be at 1.0.0, some will be at 0.0.1, depending on how finished I think they are.
