So I've been looking over the drjava site.
and the drscheme site.
And I am thinking of switching the versioning system.
Again. (Maybe this time I shall!)
Here's what I was thinking:
drpython-stable-20050123-120.zip
Where:
program-branch-date-sizeofchangelog.extension
This would also mean having a stable and devel branch. I'm not in any rush here, but this is something to ponder.
It tells you how recent the program is, how much has changed, and gives you an idea of the stability.
(Although whether or not we need a devel branch is another issue. Perhaps not).
so
drpython-2005.01.23-120.zip.
What thoughts?
