    When I run drpython.lin, I get the following message:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
      File "/home/kurumin/drpython-3.10.13/drpython.pyw", line 35, in ?
        import drpython
      File "/home/kurumin/drpython-3.10.13/drpython.py", line 45, in ?
        import wx, wx.stc
    ImportError: No module named wx

    I already installed python (v2.4) and wxpython (v2.6.10). What is this message and why?

      Sorry, I cannot help much (I have no linux).

      Is the wxPython demo running?
      What if you call from python prompt import wx?
      At least on windows, there is a wx.pth with the entry:
      wx-2.61-msw-ansi

      I suspect, something is wrong with your wxPython installation.

      You probably already have an older version of python installed, and drpython.lin is running that.

      You need to run the python binary that matches the python version you installed wxpython for.

      Probably python2.4 or some such (check /usr/bin or /usr/local/bin depending on your setup).
