Corrupt plugin lists should work fine now. Plus some minor bugfixes, kde .desktop support, autorefresh on open/close for the sourcebrowser, and two minor bugfixes/tweaks.

Oops. windows shortcuts are broken on windows. (bad place for them to be broken).
I'll fix this for the next version.
