I've noticed sometimes people respond via a closed tracker item.  This is fine (I see the response via bluebottle), just keep in mind that is where I will reply, although the tracker item will remain closed.

I would humbly suggest posting to a forum instead (after an item has been closed.), unless of course you are re-opening it.
