#2 Tables are not created

After adding in my credentials, the URL:
http://localhost/drorit/setup.php?action=create generated the following output:

/var/www/localhost/htdocs/drorit/setup.php: 416 Query: SELECT * FROM companies WHERE prefix='y'
Table 'drorit.companies' doesn't exist
