DropIt v5.3.1

This is a minor release to restore the support to Windows 8 64bit. It includes some other improvements and fixes:
- improved some interface aspects
- added support to resize Process window
- added support to select more files together in Process window
- fixed support to run under Windows 8 64bit
- fixed some minor bugs
