Well, for me it works. Basically DropIt uses the result of the windows explorer file information.
Please try to add the camera model column to the explorer details view. It should show up the camera model (also for raw images).
Anyway the information depends on your installed software. If you have a software installed which implements the filter for windows (e.g. Adobe Lightroom), the information will be properly received by DropIt (at least for Windows 10).
Please provide more information about operating system and installed image software.
