#194 Half translated examples

In the examples of the rules the the descriptions are half translated, giving the rule in english but the explanation about what the rule does in spanish. Having refferences to the folder "folder" as "carpeta" or in the rule say filter all files with the word penguin but in spanish it is said will filter the files wich contains pingüino.
It is a minnor issue if you know english but not everybody knows it.
