#151 Files getting caught in a FTP loop after FTPing the files

I'm having a issue where I'm taking a file/files and renaming them then sending them to a FTP folder to FTP them and once it FTPs the files it's suppose to delete them. Every few days it seems once it FTPs the files one or two files will sit in the FTP folder I setup and it doesn't delete the files once it FTPs them and it just constantly FTPs the same files over and over again. If I quit DropIt the files all of a sudden will delete out of the FTP folder I setup. If I try and delete them before I quit DropIt they say they are in use. I have a few places I FTP these files to and it's happening randomly with different files and different FTP sites so I know it's not a issue with the FTP site or the files. I'm running 8.4 on Windows 10. I check the logs and I don't see an error in DropIt.
