#216 .drjava configuration file not found

I have installed Dr. Java on a few computers for our CompSci department, but there are problems with the software interacting with the default profile. When I open Dr. Java, it always looks for the .drjava configuration file from the user profile that the software was installed under. Is there a way to designate where the program will look for a config file by default to avoid this problem? Thanks!
