Development Release Optimizes Interactions Reset

A new development release has been posted, with optimized interactions resetting that avoids unnecessary delays, and a variety of other bug fixes and features. Of special note is the new "Edit"->"Go to File under Cursor" command that simplifies locating the definition of a referenced class.
