DrJava Release Candidate

A large number of bug fixes and usability improvements for DrJava have been completed since the previous beta release (notably for Javadoc; see the release notes for details). Given the magnitude of these changes, we are providing drjava-beta-20030722 as a release candidate for the next stable version. Please test this release and submit any bugs that you find! If no new issues are encountered, this will become the stable release in 2 or 3 days.
