drjava-20020913-2254 released

This release of DrJava adds support for the Java 1.4.1 and JSR-14 v1.2 compilers. (The latter is an experimental compiler available from Sun which supports generics.) DrJava developers can now also compile the DrJava codebase with JSR-14 v1.2, instead of the previous v1.0 requirement.
