Summary: Missing files dialog is too big

Initial Comment:
When I'm missing a lot of files from a project, the dialog that pops up is larger than my screen, making it impossible to see the "OK" button (luckily, "Enter" works, too).  The dialog should contain a nested scroll pane when there is that much text to display.
