Summary: When I use DrJava I can't open any files

Initial Comment:
I just downloaded the 20060918-1737 version of DrJava 
and the javac 1.6. When I open DrJava I get an error 
message:

"java.lang.IllegalStateException: Interpreter JVM 
exited before registering, status: 0
	at 
edu.rice.cs.drjava.model.repl.newjvm.MainJVM.slaveQuit
DuringStartup(MainJVM.java:689)
	at 
edu.rice.cs.util.newjvm.AbstractMasterJVM$1.run
(AbstractMasterJVM.java:205)"

and I can't open any files. It is very important that 
I fix the problem. Please help!
