Summary: Malformed Open Dialog

Initial Comment:
On drjava-stable-20060918-1737 the open file dialog is
truncated on the right hand side.  The folder name
dropdown at the top of the dialog extends all the way
to the right hand side of the frame and does not leave
enough room for the folder navigation buttons (up one
level, etc).  Feels like maybe a Frame.pack() or
similar may need to be called.
