Initial Comment:
When a custom configuration file is specified through
the use of the [-config] option, the configuration file
specified does not load.

None of the following seem to work:
:>java -jar drjava.jar -config test.cfg
:>java -jar drjava.jar -config ./test.cfg
:>java -jar drjava.jar -config /home/test.cfg

The configuration file (test.cfg) is being loaded by
DrJava as a source file as if the -config option had
never been given.

This has been tried on:
drjava-stable-20060814-2258.jar
drjava-20060420-1406.jar

I'm probably missing something obvious but there's no
harm in submitting. =]
