Category: User interface Group: 1: Would be nice if fixed ... Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 2 Submitted By: Mathias Ricken (mgricken) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Dialogs Spanning Monitors on Dual-Monitor Setup Initial Comment: Many of our dialogs (Preferences, Project Properties, About, etc.) open up centered on the desktop. On a dual monitor system, that means the dialog spans two monitors and is hard to read. Instead, the dialog should initially be centered on the application. In my experience, JDialog does not behave well at all with multi monitor setups. A conversion to JFrame will help. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=438935&aid=1484264&group_id=44253 |
